The list below is not a complete list of the resources available to people facing a medical crisis. Above all, people need to know there are resources available that will provide real help.

NeedyMeds is a one-stop no cost source of information for people who need help with the cost of medicine and other healthcare expenses. The web site provides information on free and reduced cost prescription drug programs.

Salem based organization to help people enroll in the Patient Assistance Program. Patient Assistance Programs are offered by drug companies and provide medicine, usually at no cost, to those who qualify.
- Oregon Prescription Drug Program – 1-800-913-4146
Effective December 2006, all Oregonians without prescription drug coverage are eligible. The program leverages the pooled purchasing power to gain discounts on prescription drugs.
